We hope you love your Visit Our Garden order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the product(s) for you within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below:

• Sorry, No returns/exchanges on International Orders.

• Products must be in new and unused condition and must be returned in their original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) to us.

• We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your exchange within 8-10 business days.
